A: An Active Adult community, such as Province Grande, is more than just a set of homes, it is a brand new way of living tailored to homeowners in the same season of life. For this reason, we require at least one resident per household to be the age of 55 and Better™! We also customize all of our home plans, amenities, and upgrade options with the 55+ homeowner in mind.

 

Q: Do I have to be 55+ to Live in Province Grande?

A: At Province Grande, we require at least one resident per household to be the age of 55 and Better™! We also require any children having permanent residence with an Active Adult homeowner must be at least the age of 18. However, we do have options for those looking further down the road, right now. Q: How long are grandkids allowed to stay?

A: At Province Grande, we understand how important family is! We welcome you to host children under the age of 18 for up to 3 months out of the year. And don't forget, all Province Grande residents, and their guests, have full access to Olde Liberty amenities, including the outdoor pool, which is not age-restricted. We're confident the family-focused amenities offered here are sure to create beautiful memories for you and your grandkids!
